About

Michael is a proud graduate of Simon Fraser University with a major in Kinesiology, driven by a passion for helping athletes recover from injuries and return to peak performance.

Throughout his time at SFU, Michael has been deeply involved with the athletic community—most notably working year-round with the SFU Women’s Soccer team. His primary focus has been on rehabilitating injuries and developing strength programs tailored to injured athletes, ensuring a safe and effective return to play. In addition to his work with the women’s soccer team, he currently collaborates with Strength and Conditioning coaches across multiple SFU athletic teams to enhance performance and build resilient athletes.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys staying active through sports and the outdoors. Soccer has been his main sport, with some experience in basketball, volleyball, and taekwondo. He also enjoys hiking, kayaking, trying new activities, and spending quality time with loved ones.
